Mary's service philosophy is simple; every person is unique, and each individual has different strategies to succeed. Mary employs practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, learning styles, evaluating one’s decision making methods and survival methods to help a student, client or attendee succeed. Mary's sessions focus on "here and now" life situations and on tailoring the support and guidance to each person's strengths and areas of needed change. Mary is a big proponent of person-centered care in which the participant is highly involved in the process, whether it is training, education, intervention or one-to-one services. Mary believes that healing, growth and change can and will develop from a trusted therapeutic relationship.
